The Book of Tea
November 13, 2008 | Leave a Comment

I believe that was the longest postless stretch yet. My apologies. Aside from blog neglect it has been a very productive few weeks! We are preparing to open the shop this month. We’re also in the process of planning our opening party for early December. For those of you on our email list, keep a lookout for a new e-newsletter with all the latest details and developments. If you aren’t on the list and would like to be, you can join here. We’d love to have you! We are so happy to see the doors opening soon.
In the meantime, if you need an infusion of tea culture, I recommend checking out Okakura Kakuzo’s classic The Book of Tea. It is available as a free ebook, which you can download at Project Gutenberg. You can also read it online or download it here.
We look forward to seeing many of you in the shop. For those who aren’t in San Diego, the website will be up soon after the shop opens.
Thanks so much for checking in.
